Where applicable law provides a cooling-off period for digital content, you may have the right to cancel within the statutory timeframe if you have not started accessing the course materials.

Hybrid and live cohort programmes may have specific cancellation deadlines before the cohort start date. Details are shown on the course page at the time of purchase.

Contact us via the contact page with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

We may decline refund requests where substantial course content has been accessed, assignments submitted, or live sessions attended, except where required by law.
